I made this printable Go Fish Music Interval Card Game to use as an activity in my adult theory classes. Students find matching pairs/trios of intervals in different representations. Full instructions are included in the download. It would also be great for middle and high school students, and can be used in private lessons or group settings. This set of cards can also be used for memory games. 
 
It includes the following intervals in three representations (name, staff, half steps):
